This is illuminating! To offer constructive feedback to your boss is a beautiful way to suss out the long term viability at a particular job. I have had the experience of being very willing to offer constructive feedback and despite my best efforts, the advice landed on deaf ears and or landed me in the hot seat. This then gave me the information I needed to make a move and find leadership that is indeed in alignment with my values where both parties can thrive and grow in mutual respect. Give that feedback, my only suggestion is to ask if they are willing to receive it first, if they are not, I’d say start looking for another position asap.
