You should learn to use various digital tools, online resources, educational apps and platforms. Embracing new technologies and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements can make education more accessible, engaging and interactive. With online platforms such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, students can work together more efficiently, share ideas and educational content, and learn from each other, regardless of physical boundaries. Technology integration can enable you to gain valuable insights into students' behavior, and performance, empowering you to make data-driven decisions.

Tech is essential today and will be in the future; it enables us to make classrooms interactive. It's not only about whiteboards or using laptops or tablets in class; technology (hardware or software) should be used to instil creativity and problem-solving skills. 1. Flip Learning with presentations, models, discussions, Quiz games, etc. 2. Use of Social Media for understanding communities, connecting, driving causes, learning and deciphering data. 3. Visual Storytelling using all its tools for learning teamwork, empathy, emotions, Ethics and creative writing.

In my experience, cultivating self awareness is the greatest value addition to an individual's life. As an educator, it has helped me in navigating my own professional practice with great confidence and an aptitude for continuous self reflection. I learnt to leverage my strengths and create opportunities while working on my threats and weaknesses. Practicing self- compassion is vital to this process. Having a learner mindset and curiosity have been an added advantage for my individual and personal growth. As a Trainer and Coach, it is always an endeavor to help educators cultivate self awareness and stay curious for the world is an amazing place full of surprises. Staying curious and compassionate is the key.

The term "growth mindset" had become a buzz word. But what does that actually mean? It means embracing different ideas, demonstrating how to fail and pick yourself back up, not being perfect, and showing up anyway. I was a 90s kid, and we were constantly pushed. Not to be our best, but to be perfect. We did not learn that it was okay to have an off day, mess up, or how to move on from something hard. This made my life difficult as I realized that life is messy. So, in my classroom, I tried to use the times when a lesson went sideways or when an experiment didn't produce the "right" data as teachable moments. We talked about how it doesn't always work out like you hoped and that's okay as long as you learned something.

Parents along with other members of the family and community. Community connectedness matters for so many reasons! Build relationships by including them in opportunities around the classroom and school. This can build trust, safety, respect, and knowledge.

Continuous learning is important for professional development. If you want to upgrade your skills and excel in teaching, you should continue to learn new teaching techniques and strategies.
