Getting curious activates an upward spiral allowing us to explore, learn, collaborate, and find a renewed sense of energy that is simply not possible when we are stuck in the downward spiral of criticism over the upward spiral of curiosity.

Executives need to feel safe to take creative risks without fear of repercussion. Encourage Diverse Perspectives: Diversity sparks innovation. To cultivate creativity, it's essential to incorporate diverse perspectives into the coaching process. Encouraging clients to seek input from colleagues, mentors, and industry experts allows them to gain fresh insights and alternative viewpoints.
