Definition der Digitalstrategie: Ableitung der wesentlichen digitalen Chancen, Risiken, St?rken und Schw?chen aus (1) und (2) sowie darauf aufbauend Definition der wesentlichen Eckpfeiler der Digitalstrategie und des digitalen Zielbilds 4.
