Minimize artwork! Yes I called it artwork, so many presentations are full of fluff, pictures, moving objects and do not in fact have adequate information. Avoid repetitive messaging even to push a point and simply stick to the facts. Another aspect of cleaning up is removing emotional language, adjectives etc, and replacing it with facts, figures and actual trends.

The first step for me is to say know your leadership model (know yourself) I come across many leaders that have great teams but are not judge well, all this is because there is that unthought truth that leadership is not always pleasing.
