Según mi punto de vista no hay negocio que prospere sin que cuente con un proceso sistemático en analizar el mercado en el que se desarrolla. Debe de ser considerado una herramienta clave para la evolución y transformación del negocio, producto y/o servicio que se ofrece. El consumidor cambia frecuentemente, las leyes de país y mundiales también. Es por ello que recomiendo un proceso constante de "tracking" de mercado en donde hay actores clave como el comportamiento del consumidor, competencia, normativas comerciales nacionales e internacionales, las características del producto y tendencia del mismo. Al tener todo esto en el radar podremos proponer acciones o mejoras proactivas y no reactivas para poder mantener o seguir creciendo.

Ter um “ótimo produto” n?o lhe garante sucesso nem ganhos. é necessário ter o produto que seu cliente precisa, e deixe ele decidir o que é “ótimo”. As empresas as vezes gastam muita energia em tentar entregar algo, que n?o foi solicitado, e por vezes o alvo (cliente) sequer foi ouvido.

N?o fa?a sua estratégia baseada naquilo que seu concorrente faz. O que ele faz já é dele. Outro erro que vejo que muitas empresas cometem em suas estratégias de marketing, é querer trazer os clientes do seu concorrente, sem conhecer seus próprios clientes clientes. Use sua estratégia primeiramente para ganhar e reter os que já est?o pré dispostos a você, e depois vá a campo buscar demais .
