Make sure you ask about their family, personal and corporate and make sure you know all their names; all the family members and their children’s names and for businesses all the names of the corporate executives, especially the decision-maker, his or her name and all of their children’s names. If you don’t get the account, they will certainly remember you asking about their families and where they were from.
