The Youth and Community sector which is heavily undervalued and underfunded unfortunately means uncertainty is a common theme whether we talk about staffing or programmes. However, aligning interests (both personally and organisationally) with your stakeholder's aims/mission goes a long way. By unleashing your creativity you can maximise impact and utilise existing resources. We provided a co-working space at a discounted rate for one of our partners to work from our sites. We added free interventions within the agreement as there was a massive need for their expertise for our vulnerable service users. It was not only a win-win for both us and our partner but also for our service users who received the best service in a safe space.
