Are you able to offer what's desired? What can you change about your process? Highlight the best parts of your company, but cater it to your audience and use the language that your users (in this case candidates) use to describe what's desirable. This will make sure your value prop is delivered in an understandable way. Know your target candidates the same way you know your target clients: inside out, from top to bottom.
