The tenants satiafaction is a dark horse really difficult to rely on. Normal tenants are buying services and they consider as given the outcome. I think that assure a very high standard level is important for reputation and self esteem and finally to stay on the market succesfully.

Neben den Themen die dem Property Management zuzuordnen sind ( offene Posten, Annahme von Indexierungen, Nebenkostentransparenz), geht es beim Asset Management um die Kommunikation von Vertragsverl?ngerungen und Optionsziehungen. In all den vorgenannten messbaren Indikatoren ist ein Vergleich sowohl innerhalb des Objektes als auch innerhalb eines Portfolios m?glich. Bei Green Lease Themen sind andere Indikatoren notwendig. Hierzu z?hlt die Anzahl der Mieter welche Verbrauchsdaten übermitteln oder die sich bereit erkl?ren am Nachhaltigkeitsdialog teilzunehmen.
