One thing I would always suggest in every business yes we do have process and tools in place but most important we need to have right skilled leaders who know not only to drive them but also demonstrate and simply keeping in mind the level of audience we are leading with , based on set goal which are simple and understanding not a theory because if the team is clear ,understood there will react and act to deliver desired goal if it’s complicated just another process it becomes yet another formality which ends up in reaching no where .
