This allows organizations to segment based on propensity to become a recurring donor, propensity to give a mid level gift, or become a major donor (among other predictions). You can then A/B test your new segments---you'll find that reaching out to audiences via their preferred communication method and giving style results in larger, more frequent gifts and more authentic relationships.

In my experience too often organizations miss the opportunity to debrief internally as well missing the opportunity to hear from one another and strength internal collaboration and organization. It also allows the team to be better prepared to solicit and respond to feedback externally.
