That's when the effect of collaboration is seen.The leader must take everyone along, not be arbitrary or random in decision making,the power of democratic thought process is to be realized; it is not significant only to create groups,commitees,teams but more important to develop a common understanding of what each member brings to the table. The true impact of collaboration & deep engagement is seen when the team members don't see any bias in the leader's approach.Most often, and sadly so, it is seen that leaders do have their coterie and that inner circle expends and flexes power ; thus challenging the very foundation of collaboration and damaging all chances of positive impact.
