SPACING! ?? not just scalability.. Spacing the HR consulting project/initiative, letting things take it's optimum time to work and develop. As during my full time work years, I've worked with many external consultants, they put a time frame & handover the deliverables and go.. That's it Not letting the project & people (client company team) their time to mature, and progress. E.g. An HR consultancy can take 6 months instead of 3 months, with intervals of 2-4 weeks break as needed. My advice is to give consulting projects it's full resources, & especially its time span to prosper. I.e. - from consultant POV, you can let the spaces ( breaks) be with no/least fees, this will give your contribution bigger chances of success.
