Feedback should be always be appreciated. Some people thing that negative feedback is negative or even offensive. However, it is the opposite. Negative feedback is a really good feedback because it provides us the points we should improve. Obviously, everyone would like to have a positive feedback to indicate we have done things well, but it is great to have it with some points of improvement because... there are always things to improve ??!
