I believe that conflict usually arises from misunderstanding of the assigned roles and sometimes from the fear of position, and in both cases the solution is to clarify the role of each employee, and what protects the employee is the quality of their work.

I actually believe that decisions should be made rationally and not based on emotions, and not 100% either. A little consideration of feelings may give better results and reduce the risk of resistance to decisions that may delay the implementation of the decision.
