If a customer took the time to write how excellent your customer service was and placed it in the suggestion box, you would receive a badge. Three badges meant you would receive a 50.00 bonus. I actually received 3 badges. It is an excellent way to encourage and reward excellent customer service.

As a shift supervisor, I encouraged a high performing employee to apply for shift supervisor positions within the company. She did and became a shift supervisor.
