I think the best way to be financially stable is to have a service based business and a product based business when you're in the creator economy. You can be fully dependent on ad revenue and sponsorships only when you have an audience of 1M+

Every now and then Invest in yourself to upskill and learn new trends and skill set that add value to your domain. As a creator, it is highly recommended to get a Coach/Mentor and learn from their experiences and knowledge. This keeps you ahead in the game

Enagaging with your audience and understanding them deeply is the best way to grow as a creator - it can not only open up new ways for you to monetize but also increase your value to another brand/person who wants to utilize your community for their company's growth.

Community will take you a long way. All the big brands today have scaled due to the communities they have built. And to create one, Consistency is the key. To show up, create and share valuable content can help you build a strong community.

Moving from a traditional full-time job to self-employment requires planning. Be smart about it. That means having patience and putting in some extra hours at odd times of the day and night. Be patient - A lot of creators give up on content creation despite an upward graph of followers, enagagements etc. coz the money coming in wasn't at par with their numbers. Don't let ego or haste let a good thing go to waste Believe in your audience - After having spoken to quite a few creators across platforms, I've realised that despite followings of >20k, they are hesitant to sell to their audience or put up promotional content, for fear of it bombing. If you don't try, you'll never know. Keep striving. Don't say NO - (or maybe less of it) - so yes, some of the money offered to you might be lesser than you expected. Take it. Use that deal as a stepping stone and crack the next one at a better value.
