Yo le recomiendo a los nuevos agricultores que vaya a los seminarios y adiestramientos. Observen su finca desde lo más alto del terreno. Que se enamoren de la finca como lo hicieron con la pareja. Luego de tener el conocimiento de la empresa a desarrollar, lo haga todo el a?o. Si es siembra, que siembre desde enero a diciembre. Así obtendrá cosechas aun cuando nadie tenga o si viene un huracán, tendrán cosecha nueva que no se afectará.

Los programas para desarrollar las finca tales como: Inversiones agrícolas, Subsidio para abono, Subsidio para pago prima Seguro Agrícola, Subsidio salarial, Equipo Especializado, Reemplazo Vacas vientres, Estructuras ganaderas, avícolas, etc; Maquinaria agrícola, Programa Industria Cafetalera, Compra de árboles de Cítricos y Frutales, etc.

Soy agrónomo de área. Visito fincas y ranchos varias veces al día. Si la entrevista es para trabajo de campo entre el 80 al 90%, iría a una entrevista en mahones y camisa casual. Vestir manga larga, corbata y traje es muy ridículo para trabajo en el campo. Si es para estar todo el día en la oficina, pues traje y corbata está bien.

Ir con preguntas sobre varios temas de los agronegocios es buena y mala idea. Demostrar demasiados conocimientos podría hacer pensar al entrevistador que vas por su puesto y no para ser su empleado. Hay que tener cuidado con las preguntas que se hacen.
