Por mais que você seja "o/a cara", o que você veste para aquela conversa também falará, mesmo sendo sua roupa um objeto inanimado. Uma camisa inadequada ou uma gola bagun?ada podem sugerir n?o só displicência, como total desalinhamento com a empresa. Se a empresa é uma startup, por que vestir uma camisa social? Dress for the role, pants included! I've been in the remote setting for about 5 years. We all joke about gym shorts and blankets, but that's once you have the role! I prefer (and strongly advise) standing for interviews. It's easier to project your voice, it fully immerses you in the conversation, and it projects confidence on-camera. Wearing a full suit (tie optional) rather than just a suit jacket and button up with gym shorts also has an effect on your mental approach; you put extra effort into looking the part, now your only focus is delivering on your skills.

Practice is important but make sure you come off as natural and engaged and not over rehearsed and rigid. The goal is to make a connection and make it easy for the interviewer to see you making their team better.
