Focus on key metrics such as - ? Accuracy - ensure data correctness with minimal discrepancies for reliable analytics. ? Completeness - ensure there are no gaps that could skew results. ? Consistency - maintain uniformity across datasets and systems. ? Timeliness - ensure up-to-date data that meet business needs. On top of these, implement unit tests for data transformations and schema validation, along with integration tests to verify end-to-end data flow. Automate data quality checks, such as consistency and integrity tests, data uniqueness tests, and establish a set of accepted values criteria. Integrate these tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous monitoring and quick detection of integrity issues.
