The immediate priority is to speak to the Assistant Producer to come up with shot list of affected scenes, meanwhile speak with the producer to see where in the existing production scenes the new material could be shot to minimise impact on the rest if the schedule. The director should also be included to help with the overall aesthetic and how that may affect the Final Cut!
