Supply chain disruption, risk involves, timely goods ready for distribution, second thing is that transportation to destination of distribution, which may leads may issues like, transportation, and timely further distribution to consumer door step, to achieve this, one has to work on plan A and Plan B in case of any disturbs due to local issue and geopolical issues like strike. One has to pre-planned and should have time dispatch from origin and should be continuous followup till it reaches to door step, second is depending on liquidation forecast month wise, one should produce in advance and same to reach to final distribution center so there should nit be any delay. And consistency maintain in availability, hence no any additional cost.
