It's a common and genuine case which arise due to several reasons like; Lack of Information & guidance, Differing Perspectives, Resource Constraints, Risk Aversion, Silos(gap in CFT collaborations) etc. We all need to only consider these basic practices to notice & provide solutions for their concerns. 1. Have to be clear and specific for the collaborations including the CFT sessions for objective's clarifications, 2. Understand their concerns through addressing the risks, provide the required resources and guidance for objectives, 3. Data-Driven approach, Pilot Programs, Share the past Experiences. When the solution yields positive outcomes, most important celebrate them together. Reinforce the idea from successful implementation.
