In any given situation where new technology is implemented there will be personnel with "a fear" involved. If open communication from the start is implemented with feedback from all parties is recognized and valued any changes will in fact be welcomed by all. Emphasis on improved services etc...........a key.

See firstly one needs to understand what exactly is the fear factor here amongst those resisting this change; 1. Is it the incompetence to handle the change, 2. Reluctance to work at all; or 3. The complication of using the new tech. I have come across all three of them. The point no. 1 and 2 are derivative of point no.3. Hence, I always request developers, program managers, strategists, testers and all the stake holders to simplify the interface. GAMIFY the whole process.i.e. one needs to get attracted to the tech and rest everything will follow likewise. In todays world, if we could actually hit the the right chord then believe me even the training costs goes down abruptly as everyone's using smart phone these days.

In my opinion this point is powerful one as our team will be updated with new Asset speics and they will learn something new which is super great for their future experience. Here they should learn how this new Asset work and how they will track and register it on their own CMMS software.

Asset tracking system is very advantageous for Facility Management in tracking and maintenance of assets without theft, loss, damage, we can control these events easily. Example , company was getting tired on delivery received from suppliers, products dumped in adhoc. With asset tracking and AI integration, the products identified right location, spotting area maps, specifications etc. Hence such lead examples make us understand easily about Asset management for FM divisions.
