Involve them in the process by seeking their input and adjusting the program to align with their needs. Regular updates and open communication will foster buy-in and trust.

Coaching leadership becomes a challenge because of their daunting schedule. Most leaders forget to sharpen their saw. Here are some of the ways to navigate the choppy waters of leadership coaching. 1. Don't be afraid of confronting a leader when you see any resistance on their part, a coach has to be fearless and stop playing safe 2. Start with an intriguing question to hook the leaders' attention. 3. Build trust in the first session by demonstrating your coaching skills and maintaining confidentiality. 4. Set measurable goals during the discovery session 5. Ensure every session helps the leader move closer to the desired goal

I'll be very vulnerable. The stakeholders must buy in as an Ideal Client Profile for me. Leaders define culture. If the stakeholders don't buy in, their shareholders (customers) will be the losers. Talk through what the expectations are, remind them of their problem and pain points. And what is the gap for solution.....coaching is journey, not a sprint. Anyone who doesn't have budget, time, or desire - they will impact the culture.
