Being up to date in FM field is a most and to do so there are many approaches, depending on the context of the area, social factors and budgetary constraints. But for me the below 6 ways are the most practical and general tips that could be applicable in the most contexts. 1. Subscribing to industry publications and newsletters. 2. Attending conferences, workshops, and seminars. 3. Joining online forums to network with peers. 4. Participating in webinars and online courses offered by reputable organizations. 5. Following thought leaders and influencers in facility management on social media platforms. 6. Conducting regular research on emerging technologies and best practices in facility management.
