Choosing the vendor is always crucial and difficult one . You can ask suggestions from your work people who has more work experience, they might know typical vendor for the finish jobs . Check the vendor history and machine availability, because if they won't have the machine , they will give it outsourcing again which leads in rotation. Follow up with Gant chart, track the progress on time .

By the time of choosing the vendor, make sure check the background verification. Sometimes it's for taxes and units where placed . Do a contract with all details carefully mentioned in it . You should discuss proper costing per part , machining cost , material cost per part . It might differ from material to material. Every cost, process should be mentioned in contract , so no one suffers in it .
