Feeling undervalued may demoralize the most experienced guy, even the most dedicated guy too. Most of the cases it happens when a specific person of an organization is getting recognized n senior guys are getting overlooked/ they are not assigned for some value adding tasks. To get rid of this n having the best output- -- we can distribute tasks properly so that everyone may get exposures. -- can give them opportunities to lead small small team / projects -- during formal recognitions, think about teams performance -- we managers can sacrifice our ones in some places to recognize n inspire the people (in our team) who are feeling undervalued.
