Grit has got to be one of the most underrated soft skill & personality trait to have. It is also easier said than done because this consistency need to be maintained throughout the years - not months or weeks of explosive motivation then black out. Success is a marathon, not a sprint. Those who shows up consistently through grit will be the ones ahead of the curve - in whatever they do. P.S. must admit, I'm still learning/honing this skill myself ??
