Clashes between Dev & QA teams are there for ages ;-). But this conflicts can be addressed by following few things, they are: 1. As a team: Focus on the problems(bugs), not the person who did that. No use in blaming each other. 2. Dev Team should understand It's always better bugs found by their QA team and not by the clients. 3. Both Dev and QA teams should understand only if both teams succeed they can achieve the common goal (Project Delivery).

When the project is in the initial phase developers have less scenarios for doing unit testing, but when it is nearing the completion phase regression testing has to be done. Need for tool arises there for both Dev and QA teams. Selection of right automation tool solves most of the conflicts.
