Virtual team-building can be a tough sell, especially with skeptical team members. But winning them over is possible! I’ve found that personalizing activities to align with individual interests goes a long way in fostering engagement. Additionally, showcasing the tangible benefits—like improved collaboration and problem-solving—helps shift the focus from 'just another activity' to a meaningful team investment. Encouraging open feedback is key, too, as it creates a safe space for concerns and suggestions, making the team feel heard and valued.
