When something like this happens it is necessary: -Call airport security to closely monitor the situation and prevent physical and verbal aggression; -Kindly provide airport facilities, some water, and be agile in providing material assistance provided by law, depending on the length of the delay; -An interesting thing that I witnessed in a crisis situation is the availability of the internet. Sometimes the airport offers 2 or 4 hours of free wifi, in situations like this, it is interesting to extend the connection time. This helped a lot to ease the tension of some passengers.
