Individuals brings their own values to the workplace which varies a lot depending on their backgrounds. It is critical for Organizations to establish its values with a lot of common sense and clarity, ensuring a very clear expectation in terms of invidual and team's responses. Diversity and inclusion needs to be encouraged and promoted while a cultural change process takes place. Empathy, relantionship, ethics, compassion definitely are good examples of values that can serve as foundation for positive changes.

Acknowledge and respect differing values among team members. Foster open dialogue to understand diverse perspectives, and find common ground. Encourage collaboration and adaptability, promoting a culture that embraces change while maintaining core values.

“Navigating conflicting values at work, especially during times of culture change, can be incredibly challenging. However, introducing tools that foster psychological safety is a powerful way to bridge these gaps. When we create environments where it’s safe to be oneself, safe to express how we feel, and safe to say, ‘I’m not okay,’ we empower individuals to bring their whole selves to work. This starts with allowing space for the language of wellbeing to be part of daily conversations. In my experience, it only takes one person to model this behavior, and it can have a ripple effect across the organization. Leading by example, encouraging openness, and being vulnerable about our own challenges paves the way for others to do the same.
