Prendre le temps d'écouter le client. Le comprendre. Lui expliquer que l'ancien mode de communication n'est plus utilisé depuis tel date si besoin, avec calme et avec le sourire. Toujours rester compréhensif. Le client ne doit pas penser qu'on le prend pour un imbécile car ce n'est pas le cas. Parfois cela prendre du temps mais il faut aussi accepter de ce prendre ce temps pour apporter la meilleure assistance qui soit.
