Buscar el momento adecuado para platicar sobre que si y que no te gusta... De como te gustaría que te tratarán y que se respete tu tiempo ?. En mi caso siempre he platicado con mis jefes sobre mi horario laboral y llego a un acuerdo para ayudar cuando se necesite que este presente y cuando no, mejor retirarme y así resolver mis temas personales. He aprendido que poner límites no significa que no quieres trabajar o eres perezoso al contrario eres una persona consciente y tienes que buscar ese equilibrio entre el trabajo y lo personal para que tus prioridades no se vean afectadas y sobre todo no dejar que lo laboral interfiera en tu vida personal.
