To minimise Turn around Time for Aircraft for earliest Departure cannot be by Short Cuts but do a Time and Motion Study for each Parking Bay and accordingly Men & Material planning need to be kept ready /Timely Move from Time of Final Approach till Touch Down time as per the location of Parking Bay to ensure full 45 Minutes are given to all Aircraft to do a perfect Turn Around Schedule instead cutting corners to save time. In Nutshell, Time need to movement of Men & Material for each Parking bay need to be calculated and accordingly movement need to initiate to ensure full 45 Minutes is available to Tech Team for Turn Around.
