Acreditei que mostrar vídeos de acidentes e os possíveis danos causados pela falta de seguran?a era a melhor maneira de impactar e mudar comportamentos. Mas eu comecei a perceber algo realmente preocupante: as pessoas come?aram a se dessensibilizar!! Isso me fez estudar e testar outros tipos de gatilhos para sensibiliza??o de equipe para seguir as diretrizes de seguran?a e utilizar os EPIs. Hoje, utilizo muito gatilhos como de esperan?a, pertencimento, realiza??o pessoal e reconhecimento.
