Concerned about noise pollution from renewable energy projects?

I believe there is no perfect solution in regards to power generation, so yes there is noise associated with wind turbines, but it would be much worst if instead of Wind turbines we had a Coal plant etc. I also believe the technology is improving fast and noise will be reduced for new projects,

I believe noise should be a consideration when defining a site for a renewable energy project, I don't think this was considered in the past. Project developers focused on the site with best resources (Wind, radiation etc.) also close to a substation, close to demand centers etc. Now it's time to consider the noise on the planning.
