Systems of execution. A lot of the collaboration between teams is about catching people up rather than doing actual work. This can be fully automated. Jointflows for example does that very well. 80% of sales activities are done creating internal alignment and do not directly involve buyers/prospect. A system of execution sits on top of your system of records (CRM). This system orchestrates your assets, people, actions and other softwares automatically.
