What can you deliver quickly to satisfy their immediate need vs. what will take more time to complete a full analysis? We find that providing topline of some of the quant responses, cross-tabulated by audiences or segments they're interested in can satisfy the "need to know right away!" concerns while giving us the time to do more thorough analysis in our standard timeline. Communication is key. What's the reason behind the need for such quick turnaround? How can we help meet that goal while still doing our diligent research analysis (that takes longer) to ensure they're getting the quality they hired us to receive.
