You cannot expect a flat team with the same skillset and qualities across. Everyone has their own skills, strengths, and limitations. As a leader, you must know how to identify one's strengths and limitations. Once identified, you should focus on how to nurture their strengths and support them fixing their limitations effectively. While understanding team dynamics, you should also make some quick decisions to allocate resources according to their capabilities and project expectations.

A dynamic team is expected in an agile environment with constructive feedback and collaboration, It promotes idea sharing. I've been in a dynamic team, truthfully it reduces the amount of time spent on a project.

This can’t be more true. I’ve worked with teams that are incredibly imbalanced. For ex. A team with all junior developers and no senior developer that resulted in work that took exponentially longer than it should due to lack of experience and guidance. This isn’t just a disservice to the overall teams output but to the development of the team members as well.
