Para equilibrar el apoyo a mis estudiantes y el progreso de la clase, sin comprometer mi bienestar, he aplicado estas 2 estrategias: 1. Establecer límites claros y horarios de atención: Asignar momentos específicos para atender consultas individuales de los estudiantes, evita que las interrupciones impacten el ritmo de la clase. Esto permite apoyar a los estudiantes de manera eficaz sin sobrecargarme. 2. Priorizar el autocuidado: Dedico tiempo fuera del aula a prácticas de conexión interna como la meditación activa (mandalas), ejercicio (senderismo) o hobbies (lectura) que me ayudan a recargar energías y mantener el bienestar emocional, reduciendo el agotamiento. Asi tengo energías para volver a clase !!!
