During a social media campaign, I categorised tasks such as ad copywriting and performance tracking into different quadrants, assigning high-urgency, high-impact tasks to senior members and lower-priority tasks to junior members. This approach ensured that everyone contributed to the campaign’s success while working within their capabilities. To make sure everyone on the team is contributing equally, I lean heavily on mentorship and collaboration. Pairing up senior team members with those who are newer or need a little more guidance encourages knowledge-sharing and helps everyone grow. Open communication is key—if someone feels overloaded or under-utilized, we talk it out and adjust the workload to keep things balanced. I also like to rotate team members through different projects so they can build new skills and keep things fresh. Lastly, I use performance metrics that focus on the quality and impact of the work, not just how much gets done, so everyone feels accountable and valued based on the contribution they make, not just how busy they seem.
