Leadtimes are huge, if you need a busy senior exec to sign something off your deadline isn't the real deadline, their calendar is. If you need input from an external consultant or client, the deadline is how busy they are and how important they think this task is. Team and groups in the projects also find tools like survey monkey, Assana useful. I have myself used these tools to compete the big projects. Also, juggling is not magic but an illusion. Multitasking is SIN, avoid multitasking as it can reduce efficiency. Multitasking gives false sense of achievement when actually you have achieved nothing
