Role Recognition technique is very important, every individual whether, he is a professional or not should know his skills. It is very important to be aware of your capabilities or the things you are best at. Every field has different domains and not all the fingers are equal so everyone in the team have different strength and Skillset for which he/she will be assigned tasks.

A well-rounded UX team comprises individuals with different skillsets, such as designers, engineers, product managers, researchers, and UX writers. Aprender a crear y recibir críticas constructivas es crear un entorno sano en el equipo. Expresar una crítica en ocasiones es difícil, sobre todo cuando la experiencia es menor o cuando no hay confianza con los miembros del equipo. First, you should understand the concept of HIPPO ("Highest Paid Person's Opinion") because, in a corporation meeting scenario, they will always have a strong opinion and will end up dominating the discussion. Allowing decision-making and brainstorming to happen with zero framework, with no regard for people's opinions, especially the ones that are quieter, is a dangerous practice. To host an inclusive and minimally unbiased decision-making process, invite people with different levels of authority and diverse technical skills, but consider ways to hear all of them. Use Miro/Figjam to collect post-its, set timers for each speaker, elect a decider early on, and build your facilitator skills.

Adapting inclusive practices ensure all voices are heard. Create a culture of safety, where there are no bad ideas, encourage wild, outside the box thinking. And when a team member contributes, acknowledge it, reinforce the value of diverse input as it helps build morale. Naturally some team members are more outspoken than others, to keep this in check and make sure all voices are heard, moderate discussions so no one person dominates.

Lets be honest. No matter how much Inclusion you try to maintain, you cannot let all the thoughts come out. So you need a maintain a sheet or Survey and ask people top update it whenever they like, so that they are not intimidated in the meeting by bigger voices. Practical tip!

Ongoing conflicts can be a significant distraction and drain on productivity. Resolving these issues quickly allows team members to focus on their tasks and work more efficiently. Also, Resolving conflicts helps in making well-rounded decisions. When all viewpoints are considered and reconciled, the final decision is more likely to be comprehensive and effective. Conflict resolution is crucial for maintaining a positive and productive team environment.

Identify and address conflicts early to prevent them from escalating. Use mediation techniques to facilitate discussions and help the team reach a consensus.

Conflicts in a project are avoidable if everyone is aware of the project's stages. A lack of communication among team members is one of the major factors for future conflicts. I’m not talking about hours of meetings, which often become unproductive, but about quick check-ins to ensure everyone is aligned, speaking the same language, and in agreement. This is the exact time for the project manager to step in and, along with the team, make decisions, even the most difficult ones, such as revisiting some stages. This role falls to the project manager, who is often unaware of the stages, becoming merely a conflict manager when these conflicts have reached an unsustainable level. Management and communication must go hand in hand in projects.

All of the steps and techniques above are accurate and good. Inclusivity, Open Dialogue, Decision Frameworks, Roles & Responsibility, critiques, and conflict resolution. However, one of the most important things to account for is with regard to clear alignment and understanding of what the problems, needs and/or challenges the teams are trying to solve for. It’s also important to provide an approach that allows for teams to start at the end and work backwards - sometimes finding alternate options and opportunities. Finally, consider a collaborative & independent process for people to work both together and individually to explore solutions and iterate.

Working with other designers can be fun: the camaraderie, the understanding of ideas, inside jokes… But actively seeking out opinions from other disciplines like engineering, fabricators, line workers, marketing, etc. you may not be on the same wavelength at times, but it makes you aware how others view the project, and will ultimately make you a better designer.

This method ensures comprehensive coverage of all necessary aspects and facilitates balanced discussions and easily gets rid of rowdiness.

In my expirience in vast majority of cases, where teams dissagreed on design decisions it wasn't due to missing dialogues, inclusivity, critique or role recognition. No, while these things are important in decision making, the biggest reason was unawareneness of system requirements. E.g. in many cases decision makers were unaware of all customer requirements, or did not have holistic requirements view on the system, which caused missunderstanding on system goals and constraints and as result conflicts in decisions. In other words in 99% such cases where different opinions are said it is enough to clarify all requirements to function, and the number of opinions will be greatly reduced by factor of 10 at least, until one or two are left.

Other techniques to ensure all voices are heard can include digital collaboration via Figma and Miro. In design sprints doing a silent written brainstorm, or passing ideas around that each person takes a turn building on, removes the "loudest" voice and ensures everyone gets equal opportunity.
