This it totally the wrong question and the wrong way to think creativity and constraints. If we were thinking that way we would have quite some poor and maybe boring video game. The good question is how to prevent the constraints to limit our creativity. The constraints are more connected to the technical aspects of a project, which is not really something that should impact creativity. Better to let the creativity running free and full steam and then once the project is set up/decided take the time to break it up on the technical part and think about how to bring the creative vision to a actual final project.
