To ensure that project quality isn't compromised and also balancing the HR operations demands , it is essential to make the project key stakeholders understand the requirements and policy. I will take the continuous feedback keeping the compliances and audit requirements in mind on the policy. I will try to implement workflows via technology so that the time is reduced. I will ensure to set up the expectations of HR and Projects team are cleared and agreed also by prioritizing the needs and through collaborative approach.
