this similar to most projects, in my opinion you must: 1. Clear Brief, Scope, and Criteria Ensure you have a clear brief, defined scope (including time and budget), and acceptance criteria before starting the project. This helps your team assess feasibility early on. 2. Understand the Client’s Goals Identify both the client’s business and personal goals to prioritize features for the AR MVP. At this stage, it’s important to act as a consultant before becoming a developer, educating the client where needed. 3. Collaborate, but maintance control Involve the client in design discussions and development, but maintain control of the process. This ensures their needs are met while keeping the AR team’s workflow efficient.

Balancing client demands and team well-being requires setting clear priorities, managing expectations, and maintaining open communication. I focus on aligning client needs with our team's capacity, adjusting workloads to prevent burnout, and encouraging regular check-ins to ensure both client satisfaction and a healthy work environment.

I received one of my certs from Harvard Negotiation mastery! It’s one thing I took from the course is to have a clear understand of the project in order for you to have middle ground. Make it clear what can’t do upfront and sort through the most important things (Needs and wants).
