Each client have different set of projects. Some can be design centric and many can be technical based solutions. The team should be able to identify the best software/application to finish the project if they apply the right application to run for each projects. For example, After effects is not the right software for Product designers and similarly Autocad is not the right software for UI/UX development. Identity the client’s need for right solution and updated training to the team members at regular intervals can help them deliver the best at timely manner. But everything comes with a cost, keep the client informed about the budget through the entire process will help the company in long run.
